Cancellation Policies

• Reservations booked at non-refundable rate are never refundable.
• Reservations may be canceled up to 7x days prior to your arrival (168 hours prior to the 3 pm check-in time).
• There is a $45 or 3% cancellation fee (whichever is greater) for reservations canceled more than 7x days prior to arrival.
• Reservations canceled less than 7x days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancelation fee.
• A 100% deposit is due at the time of booking. Travelers Insurance is highly recommended to protect yourself from an unexpected change of plans.
• Cancelations are not provided for any Covid-19 related situations. Even if the traveler contracts covid-19.

Check-out time : 11am

• There is a one-time set up with the essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Daily housekeeping is offered.
• While our rentals are designed for the self-catering traveler, a friendly and attentive on-site guest manager is available to assist with any questions, comments or concerns after you book with The Twist.
• Payment is due in full by credit or debit card only. 11.5% Palm Springs hotel tax/TOT is charged on the room rate, cleaning, and admin fees.
• Do not smoke on property, in your unit or on the patio or balcony.
• No glassware in outdoor areas or at the pool.
• No pets are allowed in your unit or on the property.
• Pool hours are not enforced; however, please be considerate of neighbors during your stay.
• The A/C will turn off if the sliders and doors are not closed and locked. Sliders and doors must be closed and locked when A/C is in use.
• Please do not unplug electronics. Please call guest services for assistance.
• This property and its management team, Elevation Property Management, Inc., are fully licensed by The City of Palm Springs ID#2081.
